Hi, I’m Percy, a South African and proud owner of this stunning property. My journey as an oceanfront business owner took me from Johannesburg to California’s Laguna Beach, and finally to my beloved home in San Jose Del Cabo.

In 1978, I came back to rediscover Baja California, the surf, golf and fishing paradise. I was captivated by its untouched allure and made Baja my home, investing in properties, including the newly built Casa Moorea at Pezula Beach.
